I added what I was missing and didn't know about until I read it. I like how he will often give the non-plugin way of doing things. I think that I first found out about him when I was trying to get Google Analytics working on my site. The plugin I was using suddenly stopped working - a known conflict that couldn't be fixed. John has a video that makes it very clear how to put the code in manually. Other blogs covering the same topic didn't do as good a job as he did describing it.
